摘 要:随着我国对外交往的不断发展,大量外国学生开始到我国留学,由于不同国家的文化差异,这些留学生难免会出现各种心理问题,这给留学生教学工作带来了不利的影响。研究表明,培养留学生的跨文化适应能力有利于调节他们的心理状态,这就需要学校、教师和留学生本人积极参与其中,形成合力。该文首先阐述了来华留学生跨文化心理适应现状,其次分析了来华留学生跨文化适应心理问题产生的原因,最后就跨文化心理适应提出了自己的意见和建议。In recent years,the scale of foreign students in China has been expanding,but their mental health and psychological quality have not attracted due attention,which has an adverse impact on the teaching of foreign students.The research shows that due to the different cultural backgrounds of various countries,foreign students studying in China have different degrees of psychological pressure.The best way to deal with cross-cultural impact is to cultivate their psychological adaptability from the cultural aspect.To achieve good cross-cultural psychological adaptation,students themselves,schools and teachers need to act together to form a joint force.This paper first expounds the current situation of cross-cultural psychological adaptation of foreign students in China,then analyzes the causes of cross-cultural psychological problems of foreign students in China,and finally puts forward their own opinions and suggestions on cross-cultural psychological adaptation.
