摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情下硕士研究生招生复试方式由现场面试转为互联网远程视频面试(即线上复试),线上复试有效性成为研究重点。基于某高校疫情前后6年间硕士研究生招生考生数据,通过多元线性回归模型和随机森林模型,构建复试成绩预测模型和录取结果预测模型,并以此预测线上复试考生参加线下复试的成绩和录取结果,继而将预测成绩和预测录取结果与真实成绩和真实录取结果对比,检验线上复试的有效性。结果显示:1)录取结果预测模型对疫情后录取结果的平均预测准确率为82%,线上复试结果与预测的线下复试结果一致性较好;2)线上复试的实际复试成绩比模型预测的分值高,且考生间差距加大。这些结果表明:一方面,硕士研究生招生线上复试在整体上与传统线下复试同样可信、有效,但疫情紧急防控和常态化防控下线上复试在人才选拔的结果上有变化,需要进一步优化完善考核方案;另一方面,两种复试方式在总分、权重和考查内容上的差异系统性地影响考生复试成绩,需要根据学科特点科学设定复试内容和成绩权重,以保证其科学性。Under the background of the COVID-19 epidemic,methods of re-examination for graduate enrollment have shifted from offline interviews to internet-based remote video interviews(i.e.,online re examination),and the effectiveness of online re-examination has become the research focus.Based on the data of graduate entrance examination candidates in the past six years before and after the epidemic,this study used the multiple linear regression model and the random forest model to build a re-examination score prediction model and an admission result prediction model.The two models were used to predict the simulated offline re-examination scores and admission results of candidates participated in online re-examination.The prediction data were compared with the real scores and admission results to test the effectiveness of the online re-examination.The results showed that the prediction accuracy of the admissions result model for the admissions results after the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic reached up to 82%on average,which suggested the result of the online re-examination was in high consistency with it of the simulated offline re examination.Moreover,the actual re-examination scores of online re-examinations were higher than scores predicted by the model,and the score gap among candidates increased.Those results indicate that,on the one hand,the online re-examination is as credible and effective as the traditional offline re-examination on the whole,but under the circumstance of emergency epidemic prevention and control and the regular epidemic prevention and control,the admission results of the online re-examination changed,and the assessment mode of the online re-examination needs to be further optimized and improved.On the other hand,since the differences in the total score,the weight ratio and the test content between the two re-examination modes systematically affect the candidate’s performance,it is necessary to scientifically set the weight ratio and test content of the re-examination according to the chara
