摘  要:高考综合改革试点实施8年来,高中学业水平考试制度基本建立,选择性理念得到普遍认同,高校选才与高中选学之间的关联度得以加强。对标新时代教育评价改革的总体要求,高中学业水平考试在评价高中生学业发展方面还存在不少问题,如合格考与选择考截然分割,合格考命题向合格率妥协,选择考过于重视选拔区分功能,成绩报告方式单一等。为进一步改革完善高中学业水平考试制度,应编制国家高中学业水平考试指南,对两类考试进行系统设计;改革合格考、完善选择考,构建高中学生学业发展评价体系;对考试数据多维度分析,为不同主体提供多样化报告;拓展高中学业水平考试评价功能,探索增值评价,促进教学、考试、评价之间的良性互动。The comprehensive pilot reform of the college entrance examination has been implemented for eight years.As a result,the system of high school achievement tests has been roughly established,the concept of optional subjects has been widely recognized,and the connection between colleges selecting students and students selecting subjects in high school has been strengthened.Following the general requirements of the educational evaluation reform in the new era,the high school achievement test has still performed far from well in the evaluation of high school students’academic development.For example,the qualification test and the optional test have been separated sharply,and the former has to compromise for the passing rate,and the latter has to pay great emphasis on the differentiation function,both of which provide only a single resulting score without any details.In order to improve the high school achievement test system,the present paper puts forward the following suggestions.The national high school achievement test guide should be formulated to have the qualification and optional tests systematically designed.The qualification test should be reformed,and the optional test should be improved to construct the evaluation system for high school students’academic development.Examination data should be analyzed through multiple ways to provide various reports for different users.The evaluation function of high school achievement tests should be expanded,and the value added evaluation should be explored to promote the positive interaction between teaching,examination and evaluation.
