摘  要:矿井运输是煤炭生产过程的重要环节,矿井下煤炭辅助运输也起到了十分重要的作用。无轨胶轮车作为矿井下辅助运输的主要运输车辆,在斜井运输过程中事故频发,对无轨胶轮车的安全防护装置进行研究显得尤为重要。无轨胶轮车防护装置包括刚性和柔性挡车装置,刚性挡车装置由于其对无轨胶轮车损伤过大而逐渐被柔性挡车装置所取代。随着科技的发展,柔性挡车装置与纳米吸能材料相结合,得到的新型纳米吸能行车防护装置逐渐受到人们的青睐。近年来互联网技术与无轨胶轮车安全防护装置的结合趋于成熟,可以预见煤矿智能化防护和管理是未来的发展趋势。Mine transportation is an important link in the coal production process,and the auxiliary transportation of coal under the mine also plays a very important role.As the main transportation vehicle of underground auxiliary transportation,trackless rubber tyred vehicle has frequent accidents in the process of inclined shaft transportation,so it is particularly important to study the safety protection device of trackless rubber tyred vehicle.The protective device of trackless rubber tyred vehicle includes rigid and flexible car retaining devices.The rigid car retaining device is gradually replaced by the flexible car retaining device due to its excessive damage to the trackless rubber tyred vehicle.With the development of science and technology,the new nanometer energy absorbing driving protection device obtained by the combination of flexible vehicle retaining device and nanometer energy absorbing material is gradually favored by people.In recent years,the combination of Internet technology and trackless rubber tyred vehicle safety protection device has become mature.It can be predicted that intelligent protection and management of coal mines will be the future development trend.
