摘  要:随着我国汽车产量和私家车数量逐年增长,汽车装饰与美容人才成为就业市场的“香饽饽”,中职学校要抓住这一机遇,打造全新的“品牌主导”人才培养模式,培养更多优秀汽车装饰与美容人才。中职汽车装饰与美容专业要把现代学徒制与品牌主导有机衔接,积极和汽车企业合作,携手打造“品牌主导”人才培养方案,把企业汽车装饰与美容技能融入专业课教学中,丰富专业课教学资源,邀请企业师傅参与校内教学,打造“双师型”教师队伍,校企共建高品质汽车装饰与美容基地,提升学生职业技能,彰显“品牌主导”人才培养模式优势。With the year-by-year growth of China’s automobile production and the number of private cars,automobile decoration and beauty talents have become the “sweet pastry” in the job market.Secondary vocational schools should seize this opportunity and create a new “brand-led” talent training model,and cultivate more outstanding car decoration and beauty talents.The automobile decoration and beauty major of the secondary vocational school should organically connect the modern apprenticeship system with the brand leadership,actively cooperate with automobile enterprises,and jointly create a “brand-led” talent training plan,and integrate the enterprise’s automobile decoration and beauty skills into the teaching of professional courses,and enrich the teaching resources of professional courses,and invite corporate masters to participate in on-campus teaching,to create a “double-qualified” teacher team,and jointly build a high-quality car decoration and beauty base with schools and enterprises,so as to improve students’ vocational skills,and demonstrate the advantages of the “brand-led” talent training model.
