摘 要:目的:探讨3D微视频在神经病学总论教学中的应用效果。方法:选择蚌埠医学院2018级临床试验班本科生作为观察组,2018级蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2班本科生作为对照组。观察组采用以3D微视频资源为主的混合式教学,对照组采用传统的教学模式。采用阶段性测试、典型病例分析和调查问卷评价教学质量和教学效果。结果:观察组阶段性测试成绩、典型病例分析得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组课堂兴趣自我评价、课堂注意力自我评价、对知识的理解和掌握自我评价、课堂氛围、教学方式的满意度、教学效果总体评价得分均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:3D微视频在神经病学总论教学中的应用,显著提高了教学质量和教学效果。Objective:To explore the application effect of 3 D micro-video in the teaching of general neurology.Methods:Undergraduates from the experimental class of 2018 clinic in Bengbu Medical College were selected as the observation group,and class 2 of 2018 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were selected as the control group.The observation group adopted a blended teaching mode based on 3 D micro-video resources,while the control group adopted a traditional teaching mode.Stage test,typical case analysis and questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching quality and teaching effect.Results:The stage test scores and typical case analysis scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of self-evaluation of interest in class,self-evaluation of class attention,self-evaluation of understanding and mastery of knowledge,class atmosphere,satisfaction with teaching methods,and overall evaluation of teaching effects in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The application of 3 D micro-video in the teaching of general neurology has significantly improved the teaching quality and teaching effect.
