学习效应对工作分享生产线的产能影响研究

摘　　要：以产能为目标函数,针对两种典型工作分享生产线——巡回式和斗链式,推导了考虑学习率时的产能计算公式,并通过仿真验证了公式的有效性。比较两条生产线发现,80%学习率水平下,巡回式生产线产能高于斗链式生产线产能,两条生产线均表现为初始产能增长快,随后越来越慢,运用logistic模型得出产能增长的可能性是0.927,且巡回式生产线增长更稳定。对学习效应下产能的影响因素分析发现,加工时间分布对两条生产线均无显著影响,具有强鲁棒性。学习率水平对产能具有显著影响,运用logistic模型分析发现学习率越大,产能增长越慢,具体表现为:学习率75%时,巡回式生产线的增长率为95%,斗链式生产线的增长率为98.3%;学习率95%时,巡回式生产线产能增长率为18.3%,斗链式生产线产能增长率为21.7%。Taking productivity as objective function,two typical work sharing production lines(Traveling and Bucket Brigades),were given productivity calculation formulas for the two production lines considering learning rate,and the validity of the formulas was verified by simulation. By analyzing and comparing the two production lines,it is found that the productivity of Traveling production line is higher than that of Bucket Brigades production line under the 80% learning rate.Both production lines show that the initial productivity growth is faster and then slower. Logistic model analysis shows that the possibility of productivity growth is 0.927,and the productivity growth of Traveling production line is more stable. It is found that the processing time distribution has no significant influence on the two production lines and has strong robustness. Logistic model analysis shows that the higher the learning rate is,the slower the growth rate is. Specifically,when the learning rate is 75%,Traveling production line has a growth rate of 95% and Bucket Brigades production line has a growth rate of 98.3%.When the learning rate is 95%,the capacity growth rate of the Traveling production line is 18.3%,and the capacity growth rate of the Bucket Brigades production line is 21.7%.
