高职院校金融类专业“专创融合”的困境与对策

摘　　要：专创融合是职业教育推动国家创新发展的重点,拥有鲜明的人本价值、教育价值及时代价值,针对高职院校专创融合中“培养目标难以匹配产业转型需求”,“专业教育与培养体系脱节”以及“实践平台效率低”等困境,高职院校应将培养目标与产业发展需求充分地融合起来,从平台支撑、模块耦合、目标匹配等维度出发,探究出金融专业专创融合的新方向、新路径,进而形成社创、赛创、科创相融合的支撑系统,提升学生的创业能力、创新精神及双创思维。Specialized innovation and integration is the focus of vocational education to promote national innovation and development. It has distinct humanistic value, educational value and value of the times. In view of the “training goals that are difficult to match the needs of industrial transformation” in the specialized innovation and integration of higher vocational colleges, “professional education and training”. Due to the dilemma of “disconnected system” and “low efficiency of the practice platform”, higher vocational colleges should fully integrate the training objectives with the needs of industrial development, and explore the integration of financial majors from the perspectives of platform support, module coupling, and target matching.
