摘 要:语文核心素养是指学生在语文学习过程中运用所学知识表现出来的思维能力、审美能力和文化自信力,是学生语言综合运用能力的体现。乡村语文教师在学科核心素养方面存在欠缺,这是制约其参加培训、提高专业技能、专业发展和职业成就感获得的重要因素。完善教师培训制度和培养方式,加强乡村语文老师专业基础,提高文化能力和专业发展的自主意识,建构乡村语文教师学习共同体是实现核心素养下教师专业化发展的必由之路。Chinese core literacy refers to the thinking ability, aesthetic ability and cultural confidence shown by the students in the process of Chinese learning, which is the embodiment of the students’ comprehensive language use ability. The Chinese rural teachers are deficient in the subject core competences. This is an important factor restricting their participation in training,improvement of professional skills, professional development and professional achievement. Improving the teacher training system and training methods, strengthening the professional foundation of rural Chinese teachers, improving the cultural ability and the independent consciousness of professional development, and constructing the learning community of rural Chinese teachers are imperative ways to realize the development of teacher specialization under the core competences.
