摘 要:为优化导条机构的运动特性,使导条在一定动程范围内作等速往复直线运动,提出了一种运用一阶及其二阶变性傅里叶级数型非圆齿轮副和正弦机构的组合传动的导条机构。建立了该机构的运动学方程,并利用MatLab编写了该机构的运动学特性辅助分析软件,以导条等速运动特性为目标函数,以非圆齿轮传动特性为约束条件,利用遗传算法对该机构进行优化运算。根据优选到的结构参数进行三维实体建模,并进行虚拟样机仿真试验,将试验结果与理论分析结果进行对比,得出所设计机构能够很好地满足粗纺梳毛机成形装置的卷绕工艺要求,同时验证了所建立的运动学方程的正确性。In order to optimize the kinematic characteristic of the guide mechanism and make guide bar with constant motion in a range of stroke,a guide mechanism which consist of first order and second order Fourier gears pair and sine mechanism was proposed.The kinematic equation of the mechanism was established,and the auxiliary analysis software of the kinematic characteristics of the mechanism was written by MatLab.Taking the constant velocity of the guide bar as the objective function and the non-circular gear transmission characteristics as the constraint condition,the genetic algorithm was used to optimize the mechanism.According to the optimized structural parameters,the three-dimensional solid modeling was carried out,and the virtual prototype simulation test was conducted.The experimental results were compared with the theoretical analysis results,which showed that the designed mechanism could well meet the winding process requirements of the forming device of the woollen carding machine,and the correctness of the established kinematic equation was verified.
