摘  要:目的探索问题式学习(problem-based learning,PBL)结合基于案例的学习(case-based learning,CBL)教学模式在医学生临床见习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2019年11月—2020年11月期间于内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第一附属医院新生儿科见习的麻醉本科医学生60名作为研究对象,采用随机法分成两组,每组30名。对照组采取传统教学,研究组采取PBL结合CBL教学。完成教学任务后,以问卷方式和学习成绩对教学效果开展评价。结果研究组学生的成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学生在对理论知识的理解、学习兴趣、动手操作能力及临床思维能力上均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL结合CBL教学模式能提高学生学习成绩和学习兴趣,提升其动手操作能力及临床思维能力,促进教学质量的提高。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of medical students.Methods A total of 60 anesthesiology undergraduate medical students who were trainee in the Department of Neonatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups by random method,30 students in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching,while the study group adopted PBL combined with CBL teaching.After completing the teaching task,the teaching effect was evaluated by means of questionnaires and academic performance.Results The grades of the students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the students in the study group were higher than those in the control group in terms of understanding of theoretical knowledge,interest in learning,hands-on ability and clinical thinking ability,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching mode can improve students'academic performance and interest in learning,improve their hands-on ability and clinical thinking ability,and promote the improvement of teaching quality.
