摘 要:为深入了解幼儿园劳动教育开展现状,本研究以成都市两所幼儿园的121名教师为调查对象,采用问卷调查法,分析劳动教育开展存在的问题并提出教育建议。研究发现,当前幼儿园劳动教育存在的问题有:教师的劳动认识相对片面,班级劳动教育内容过于简单、单一,教师提供的劳动教育条件不足,教师的劳动教育方式欠缺,教师专业能力有待提高。基于以上问题,本研究提出以下教育建议:幼儿园加强对教师的劳动教育培训,幼儿园进行劳动教育园本课程建设,优化劳动教育实施方式,家园合作共促劳动教育开展。In order to deeply understand the status quo of kindergarten labor education,in this study,121 teachers of two kindergartens in Chengdu were selected as the survey objects,and questionnaires were used to analyze the existing problems.And putting forward educational suggestions.This study shows that the current kindergarten labor education problems are:teachers'understanding of labor is relatively one-sided;the content of class labor education is too simple and single;the labor education conditions provided by teachers are insufficient;teachers lack of labor education methods;the professional ability of teachers needs to be improved.Based on the above problems,the study puts forward the following educational suggestions:Kindergartens should strengthen labor education and training for teachers,Kindergartens should carry out curriculum construction of labor education;Kindergartens should improve the way of labor education implementation;Kindergartens and families should work together to promote labor education.
