摘  要:2021年11月,主题为“迈向高质量发展:高等教育的分类督导与评价”的上海教育督导与评价国际论坛成功举办。会上围绕研究型高校、应用型本科高校、职业院校的评价改革、“破五唯”下的中国高等教育、国际视野下的国际高等教育评价与质量保障以及第三方教育评价等议题,展开了深入讨论。本次论坛注重理论、实践与政策之间的互动,所呈现的观点与实践经验为加快构建中国特色教育督导与评价体系、提升我国教育治理能力提供了有益的参考。Shanghai International Conference on Education Evaluation and Inspection themed“Towards High-quality Development:Classified Inspection and Evaluation of Higher Education”was held in Shanghai.Conferees have conducted in-depth discussions on many topics,such as the evaluation reform of research-oriented universities,application-oriented undergraduate universities and vocational colleges,China’s higher education under the“breaking the five-only”policy,international higher education evaluation and quality assurance from the international perspective,and third-party education evaluation.This forum focuses on the interaction between theory,practice and policy,and the viewpoints and practical experience presented have provided reference for accelerating the construction of education inspection and evaluation system with Chinese characteristics and improving China’s education governance capacity.
