摘  要:基于5G的远程医疗机器人手术(telerobotic surgery based on 5G networks)是一类以5G通信网络为医学信息传递载体,采用主从方法,将机器人、虚拟现实和人工智能技术拓展用于医疗手术的远程诊断、远程指导、远程操作和效果评估的远程医学新模式,是远程医疗中最为重要、最难实现的部分,可有效改善医疗资源不均衡、看病难看病贵等医疗难题。但其技术仍需突破术区多模信息实时反馈与精准解析、适宜远程操作的人机交互界面、低延时网络安全传输等关键技术问题,解决医学信息数据规范和安全伦理等问题。文中详细阐述远程手术机器人的发展历程以及主要进展,对其关键技术进行分析,并对其未来发展前景进行展望。Telerobotic surgery based on 5G networks is a new telemedicine model.It is based on 5G communication network as a medical information transmission carrier,using a master-slave method to expand the use of robotics,virtual reality,and artificial intelligence technology.Its application can and to improve remote diagnosis,remote guidance,remote operation,and effect evaluation of medical surgery.With the rapid development of 5G network,the clinical application and promotion of 5G telerobotic surgery are showing a rapid development trend.It is the most important and difficult part of telemedicine,which can effectively improve medical problems such as unbalanced medical resources.However,its technology still needs to break through some key technical problems such as real-time feedback and accurate analysis of multimodal information in the surgical area,human-computer interaction,low-latency network security transmission,medical information data standardization,and safety ethics.This paper analyzes in detail the main research achievements of remote surgical robots at home and abroad in recent years,and analyzes its key technologies,and finally looks forward to its future development prospects.
