社会主义核心价值观视域下高职院校资助育人路径研究

摘　　要：在高职院校资助育人中融入社会主义核心价值观中的“敬业、诚信、友善”,以塑造起受助学生健全心理和人格势在必行。在问题导向下,文章分别提出了融入社会主义核心价值观的实践价值,在此基础上的资助育人路径可围绕着:现状反思基础上形成多部门联动的资助育人模式、培育受助学生工匠精神时应重视他们的利益关切、为受助学生搭建在线交流平台形塑其诚信价值观、结合心理干预与生态建设改善受助学生心理状态4个方面展开。It is imperative to integrate the socialist core values of"dedication,honesty and friendliness"into the subsidized education of higher vocational colleges,so as to shape the students'sound psychology and personality.Under the guidance of the problem,the paper puts forward the practical value of integrating into the socialist core values.On this basis,the path of subsidizing and educating people can be centered on the following aspects:forming a multi department linkage funding education mode on the basis of current situation reflection,paying attention to their interests when cultivating the craftsmanship spirit of the aided students,building an online communication platform for the aided students,shaping their integrity values and combining Psychological intervention and ecological construction to improve the psychological state of the students.
