摘　　要：文化融入是破解随迁子女城市融入难题的可行路径。发挥大学生志愿者优势和辅以补偿教育,能够让随迁子女在深度体验,多重实践中理解、认同、内化城市文化,促进城市文化深度体验,继而提高其归属感和融入感。以问题为导向,充分整合政府、社会组织、各高校等资源,发挥各方优势,有利于实现整体效益最优化,促进随迁子女融入迁入地城市。Cultural integration is a feasible way to solve the problem of urban integration of migrant children.Giving full play to the advantages of College Students'volunteers and supplemented by compensation education can enable migrant children to understand,identify and internalize urban culture in in-depth experience and multiple practices,promote the in-depth experience of urban culture,and then improve their sense of belonging and integration.Problem oriented,fully integrating the resources of the government,social organizations and colleges and universities and giving full play to the advantages of all parties are conducive to optimizing the overall benefits and promoting the integration of accompanying children into the cities where they move.
