摘 要:人才的培养质量和教师的教学能力有很重要的关系,因为无论教学理念、教学方式如何创新,都需要教师来具体地开展教学工作。反思性教学可以很好地帮助教师发现教学中存在的问题,不断地促进教师专业化发展。文章概述了高职英语反思性教学实践,分析了高职英语教师实施反思性教学实践的类型,提出了高职英语教师可以采用自我反思、对子反思、小组反思的方式进行教学反思,提高英语教学效果。The quality of talent cultivation and the teaching ability of teachers have a very important relationship,because no matter how innovative teaching ideas,teaching methods,teachers are required to carry out specific teaching work.Reflective teaching can help teachers find the problems in teaching and promote teachers'professional development.This paper summarizes the reflective teaching practice of English in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the types of reflective teaching practice of English teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward that English teachers in higher vocational colleges can adopt the ways of self-reflection,pair-reflection and group-reflection to improve English teaching effect.
