基于校园亚文化的高职院校学生社团管理路径探索与实践

摘　　要：随着时代进步和社会发展,互联网对人们的影响日益严峻,在此基础上,校园文化也逐渐向多元化发展。而且高职院校学生受各种文化影响比较严重,在复杂的校园环境中学校应该规范社团管理,对学生的思想给予正确引导,为学生创建健康的校园文化环境。该文从校园亚文化对社团管理的影响入手,对目前高职院校学生社团管理现状进行了分析,最后具体探讨了高职院校社团管理的路径。With the progress of The Times and social development,the impact of the Internet on people is increasingly severe,on the basis of this,campus culture is also gradually towards the diversification of development.In addition,students in higher vocational colleges are seriously affected by various cultures.In the complex campus environment,schools should regulate the management of associations,give correct guidance to students'thoughts,and create a healthy campus cultural environment for students.Starting from the influence of campus subculture on community management,this paper analyzes the current situation of student community management in higher vocational colleges,and finally discusses the path of community management in higher vocational colleges.
