摘　　要：在法治建设的背景下,该文以功能语言学中的语域理论为指导,在总结法律英语特点的基础上,结合语域三要素,探究法律文本的篇章理解和法律文本的语境构建,使涉外法律翻译更易于为国外受众所接受,达到翻译的预期效果和真正目的,推动语域理论在法律翻译实践活动中的应用。Under the background of the construction of the rule of law,this article will take the register theory as an instruction to analyze the discourse and context of legal English.On the basis of features of legal English,combined with the three elements of register,this article will analyze examples of legal English translation so as to use the register theory in legal translation practice.
