高职院校高质量平安校园建设与管理的对策研究

摘　　要：随着“平安校园”内涵和外延的不断发展、总体国家安全观的深入贯彻,高职院校必须构建更高质量的平安校园。通过查阅和梳理相关文献,结合保卫部门工作实际,对高职院校在平安校园建设中的影响因素进行了研究,进一步分析高质量平安校园建设的现状和问题,运用安全管理理论、网格化管理理论对高质量平安校园的建设提出了优化和完善的具体方法,为筑牢校园安全防护网、最大程度地保障校园和谐稳定、构建平稳有序的社会大环境献计献策。With the continuous development of the connotation and extension of"safe campus"and the implementation of the overall national security concept,higher vocational colleges must build a higher quality safe campus.By consulting and combing the relevant literature,combining with the actual work of the security department,this paper studies the influencing factors in the construction of safe campus in higher vocational colleges,further analyzes the current situation and problems in the construction of high-quality safe campus,puts forward specific methods for optimizing and perfecting the construction of high quality safe campus by using the safety management theory and grid management theory,and offers suggestions for building a campus safety protection network,ensuring campus harmony and stability to the greatest extent,and building a stable and orderly social environment.
