大学生积极心理品质现状调查及提升路径研究

摘　　要：大学生积极心理品质是个体高尚道德观、正确人生观发展的基础,也是提升大学生幸福感、抗挫力的心理保障。采用《VIA美德与品格优势问卷》对大学生积极心理品质现状进行调查,结果显示大学生积极心理品质总体发展水平良好,但在不同积极心理品质维度上发展不平衡。在此基础上,分析大学生积极心理品质培育实践工作中存在的问题,并提出对策建议:整合培育内容,增强内容针对性;创新方法,推进培育载体建设;创建教育共同体,打造良好支持系统。The positive psychological quality of college students is the basis of the development of individual healthy moral outlook and correct outlook of life.The paper adopts VIA Virtue and Character Superiority Questionnaire to investigate the current situation of positive psychological quality of college students.The results show that the overall development level of college students′positive psychological quality is good,while the development of different dimensions of positive psychological quality is unbalanced.On this basis,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the practice of cultivating positive psychological quality of college students,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of integrating the cultivation content and enhancing the pertinence of the content;innovating methods and promoting the construction of cultivation carriers;creating an education community and building a sound support system.
