摘 要:高校强化学生干部的培养与管理,是新时代对高等教育的要求,也是学生干部全面发展、提高综合素质、发挥榜样示范作用的需要。通过深度分析当前高校在学生干部培养与管理工作中存在的主要问题,结合新时代对高校学生干部培养与管理提出的新要求,从优化自我角色认知,调整选拔标准,健全相关制度,完善监督考核机制等方面入手,有针对性提出解决问题的策略,旨在推进学生干部培养与管理工作的高质量发展。The effective training and management of student leaders in colleges and universities is the requirement for colleges and universities in the new era,and is also the need for the all-round development of student leaders and the role models,the requirement for colleges and universities in the new era.Through in-depth analysis of the main problems existing in the training and management of student leader,combining with the new requirements for the training and management,this paper puts forward targeted solutions to the problems from the aspects of optimizing self role cognition,adjusting selection standards,perfecting relevant systems and perfecting the examination and supervision mechanism.It aims to promote the high-quality development of the training and management of student leaders.
