教育信息化背景下高校开展个性化思想政治教育的机遇与挑战

摘　　要：教育信息化背景下,高校开展个性化思政教育能获得有效的科学依据、坚实的信息支撑和多样的技术手段,帮助思政教育在贴合学生个性化需求的基础上实现更深入的发展。但在当前环境下,高校开展个性化思政教育还面临一系列挑战,教育者育人理念的传统、学生主体地位的不明确、个性化教育资源的不充分、信息化平台建设的不完善等,都严重影响个性化思政教育在教育信息化背景下推进的效果。为此,高校及教育者应深入分析教育信息化背景下个性化思政教育的实际,从更新教育者育人理念角度入手,引领个性化教育的有效开展,并尊重学生的主体地位,精准分析学生个性化需求,探索内涵丰富、形式多样的教育资源,优化信息化教育平台建设,从教育地位、教育内容、教育支撑等多方面促进个性化思政的有效推进。Under the background of educational informatization,the development of personalized ideological and political education in colleges and universities can obtain effective scientific basis,solid information support and various technical means,which can help ideological and political education achieve more in-depth development on the basis of meeting the individual needs of students.However,in the current environment,colleges and universities still face a series of challenges to carry out personalized ideological and political education,such as the outdated educational concept,the unclear subject status of students,the insufficiency of personalized educational resources,and the imperfect construction of information platforms,etc.,which seriously affect the effect of personalized ideological and political education in the context of educational informatization.To this end,colleges and educators should deeply analyze the reality of personalized ideological and political education in the context of educational informatization,start from the perspective of updating educators′educating ideas,lead the effective development of personalized education,respect the dominant position of students,and accurately analyze students Personalized needs,explore educational resources with rich connotations and various forms,optimize the construction of information-based education platforms,and promote the effective advancement of personalized ideology and politics from various aspects such as educational status,educational content,and educational support.
