摘 要:新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》将职业道德教育作为人才培养目标的核心内容。在产教融合的趋势下,职业院校应首先认识到职业道德教育体系化建设的时代价值,把这项工作放到尊重育人成才规律的反映、深化产教融合的要求和学校增值赋能的抓手的高度。目前高职职业道德教育存在思政课程主渠道理论实践相分离、第二课堂主阵地缺乏总体设计以及职业相关主场景缺位等问题。渠道不畅、阵地不稳、场景不真导致了职业道德教育实效不强的尴尬局面。基于此,提出产教融合背景下高职职业道德教育体系构建的实践路径:化用学分银行制度,鼓励学生通过参与企业实践获得思政学分来畅通渠道;优化职业道德教育顶层设计,建立协同推进职业道德教育工作机制来稳固阵地;善用“五老”人才资源,创新校企合作方式加强职业场景构建。The newly revised Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China regards the professional ethics education as the core content of the talent training goal.Under the trend of industry and education integration,vocational colleges should first recognize the times value in the system construction of professional ethics education,we should respect the law of cultivating talents,deepen the integration of industry and education and grasp the value-added ability of schools.At present,there are some problems in professional ethics education,such as the separation of ideological and political course main channel theory and practice,the lack of overall design in the main center of the second classroom,and the absence of occupation-related situation,etc.The channel is not smooth,the position is not stable,the scene is not real,which led to the inefficient vocational ethics education.Based on this,this paper puts forward the practical path of the construction of vocational moral education system under the background of the integration of industry and education:utilize credit banking system to encourage students through participation in enterprise practice to obtain ideological and political credit to open channels;optimize the top-level design of professional ethics education,establish a cooperative mechanism to promote professional ethics education to stabilize the position;make good use of talent resources of the predecessors,innovate the school-enterprise cooperation to strengthen the professional scene construction to achieve the real scene.
