摘  要:美国职业教育“双师”队伍建设形成了法律保障、任职资格、胜任能力、多元培养等典型经验,我国量质并举,到2022年,“双师”教师占专业课教师总数超过一半,借鉴美国经验,必须严格“双师”教师遴选标准、创新“双师”教师培养路径、完善“双师”考核评价、加强“双师”法律保障。The construction of the double qualified teacher team in American vocational education has formed typical experiences such as legal protection,qualification,competence and diversified training.In China,both quantity and quality was developed.By 2022,the number of double qualified teachers will reach more than half of the total number of professional teachers.Drawing on American experience,we must strictly enforce the selection criteria for double qualified teachers,innovate the training path of double qualified teachers,improve the assessment and evaluation of double qualified teachers,and strengthen the legal right of double qualified teachers.
