摘 要:复杂热力系统具有大惯性以及多变量强耦合等动态特性,构建其动态过程的数学模型难度较高,使传统的控制方法无法奏效。为提升机组2级再热汽温多变量解耦控制的效率与抗干扰性,提出一种基于复杂热力系统动态特性的机组2级再热汽温多变量解耦控制方法。通过分析复杂热力系统的机组2级再热汽温流程,得到2级再热汽温调节过程;根据复杂热力系统动态特性,引入自抗扰控制技术,分析多变量自抗扰解耦控制原理,设计自抗扰控制器,解决机组2级再热汽温多变量解耦问题,提升解耦控制方法的鲁棒性。实验结果表明:所提出方法能够有效解耦控制机组2级再热汽温,具备较高的控制效率与抗干扰性。The complex thermal system has the dynamic characteristics of large inertia and multivariable strong coupling,so it is difficult to construct the mathematical model of its dynamic process,which makes the traditional control methods ineffective.In order to improve the efficiency and anti-interference performance of multivariable decoupling control of twostage reheat steam temperature,a multivariable decoupling control method of two-stage reheat steam temperature is proposed based on the dynamic characteristics of complex thermal system.By analyzing the two-stage reheat steam temperature flow of complex thermal system,the two-stage reheat steam temperature regulation process is obtained.According to the dynamic characteristics of the complex thermal system,the active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)technology is introduced to analyze the principle of multivariable ADRC decoupling control,and the ADRC controller is designed to solve the multivariable decoupling problem of the steam temperature of the two-stage reheat unit,and improve the robustness of the decoupling control method.Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively decouple and control the two-stage reheat steam temperature of the unit,and has high control efficiency and anti-interference performance.
