增强中职教育适应性的县域探索--浙江永康五金行业技能人才培养案例分析

摘　　要：浙江省永康市具有历史悠久的五金工匠文化传承,改革开放后,永康市积极发掘比较优势,利用自身的文化和资源禀赋,走出了一条以五金产业为主导,实现县域经济发展现代化的特色路径。当前,永康市五金产业亟待转型升级,并面临三个重要的挑战:企业技术创新能力不强,高素质创新型技术人才稀缺;企业组织管理简单粗放,高素质经贸管理人才不足;企业智能制造转型缓慢,智能化应用人才匮乏。浙江省永康市职业技术学校立足当地五金产业发展与企业转型升级的人才需求,设计了基于“四能共生·四场共训·四方共进”的五金高素质技能人才培养模式,形成了系统化的问题解决方案。Yongkang City,Zhejiang Province has a long history of hardware craftsman cultural inheritance.After the reform and opening up,Yongkang City has actively explored its comparative advantages,made use of its own culture and resource endowment,and walked out of a characteristic path dominated by the hardware industry to realize the modernization of county economic development.At present,Yongkang hardware industry urgently needs transformation and upgrading,and faces three important challenges of skilled talents.First,the technological innovation ability of enterprises is not strong,and high-quality innovative technical talents are scarce;second,the organization and management of enterprises are simple and extensive,and there are insufficient high-quality economic and trade management talents;third,the transformation of enterprise intelligent manufacturing is slow,and there is a lack of intelligent application talents.Based on the talent demand of local hardware industry development and enterprise transformation and upgrading,Zhejiang Yongkang Vocational and Technical School has innovatively designed the training mode of hardware high-quality skilled talents based on“four abilities symbiosis,four training and four directions together”,and forming a systematic problem solution.
