摘　　要：融合战略人力资源管理的内容观和过程观,以中国企业为研究对象检验绿色人力资源管理系统对企业环保绩效的影响,探讨绿色双元创新在两者之间的中介作用。研究表明,绿色人力资源管理系统对企业环保绩效有直接和间接影响,绿色双元创新在此过程中起到部分中介作用;人力资源管理系统强度正向调节了绿色人力资源管理系统和绿色双元创新的关系,同时正向调节了绿色双元创新在绿色人力资源管理系统与环保绩效之间所发挥的中介作用。研究结果丰富了我国绿色人力资源管理内容和过程,为我国企业进行绿色创新活动提供实践启示。This paper integrates the content view and process view of strategic human resource management,and takes Chinese enterprises as the research object to examine the impact of green human resource management system on company environmental performance,and discusses the intermediary role of green ambidexterity.The results show that green human resource management system has a direct and indirect impact on enterprise environmental performance,and green ambidexterity plays a partial intermediary role in this process;the strength of human resource management system positively moderates the relationship between green human resource management system and green ambidexterity,and positively regulates the intermediary role of green ambidexterity between green human resource management system and environmental performance.The results enrich the content and process of green human resource management in China,and provides practical enlightenment for Chinese enterprises to carry out green innovation activities.
