摘　　要：专业学位研究生的教育旨在培养具备创新意识和实践创新能力的高水平应用型人才。但是随着专业学位研究生招生规模的逐年扩大,当前的培养模式难以满足对于学生多样化的培养要求。文章结合沈阳农业大学特色,在产教融合背景下探索农艺与种业领域专业学位硕士研究生实践创新能力的培养模式,以期提高农艺与种业领域专业学位研究生实践创新意识和能力,更好地满足乡村振兴战略下社会对高层次农业人才的需求。Education for professional degree postgraduates aims to cultivate high-level applied talents with innovative consciousness and practical innovation ability.However,with the annual expansion of the enrollment scale of professional degree graduates,the current training mode is difficult to meet the diversified training requirements for students.This paper combines the characteristics of Shenyang Agricultural University,through fusion under the background of agronomy and seed industry field professional degree master student practice innovation ability training mode,in order to improve the agronomy and seed industry field professional degree graduate practice innovation consciousness and ability,to better meet the demand of rural revitalization strategy of high-level agricultural talents.
