摘　　要：基层教学组织是高校组织实施教学、落实立德树人的最基本教学单位。中国地质大学(武汉)石油地质系具有优良的历史传承,在新时代进一步开展基层教学组织建设过程中,根据自身实际情况,进一步明确职能定位,构建具有融合型内部组织形式的基层教学组织。通过完善教学组织与管理、加强师资队伍建设、深入教学改革和研究及推进优质教学资源建设等举措的实施,石油地质系基层教学组织取得多方面的建设成效,为学校的高质量人才培养和“双一流”学科建设作出突出贡献。Grass roots teaching organizations are the most basic teaching units for colleges and universities to organize and implement teaching and cultivate people.The Department of petroleum geology of China University of Geosciences(Wuhan)has excellent historical heritage.In the process of further developing the construction of grass-roots teaching organization in the new era,according to its own actual situation,it further defines the functional orientation and constructs a grass-roots teaching organization with integrated internal organization form.Through the implementation of measures such as improving teaching organization and management,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,deepening teaching reform and research and promoting the construction of high-quality teaching resources,the Department of Petroleum Geology has made construction achievements in many aspects,and made outstanding contributions to the high-quality talent training and"double first-class"discipline construction of the University.
