摘  要:为了更加全面、快速和准确地评估爆炸冲击对车内乘员盆骨与腰椎的损伤,该文根据广义半正弦波波形特征,利用Hypermesh与Ls-dyna软件进行建模与仿真,结合座椅跌落试验与整车爆炸冲击试验展开研究。研究表明:广义半正弦波参数之间存在主效应与交互效应,脉冲前沿宽度对于损伤影响最大,脉冲峰值影响最小。研究结果能够在一定范围内克服大型军用车辆爆炸试验缺少测试假人的问题,为快速评估车体与座椅的防护效能提供方法,减少工程设计成本。In order to more comprehensively,quickly and accurately assess the damage to the pelvis and lumbar spine of the occupants in the vehicle by the explosion impact,and based on the characteristics of the generalized half-sine wave,the Hypermesh and Ls-dyna software are used for modeling and simulation.Combined with the seat drop test,the explosion impact test of the whole vehicle is studied.The research shows that there are main effects and interaction effects between the generalized half-sine wave parameters.The pulse front width has the largest impact on the damage,and the pulse peak value has the least impact.The mathematical damage model based on the generalized half-sine wave can fit the test results well.The research result can overcome the lack of test dummies in the explosion test of large military vehicles within a certain range,provides a method for quickly assessing the protective effectiveness of the car body and seat,and reduces the engineering design costs.
