摘  要:以野生灰灰菜菜籽为原料,在单因素试验基础上,利用响应面法对超声辅助提取灰灰菜籽油的工艺进行优化,并将最优工艺与传统溶剂浸出工艺对比。结果表明:超声辅助野生灰灰菜籽油的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶24(g/mL)、超声时间1.6 h、超声温度61℃、超声功率280 W,在此条件下,灰灰菜籽油的得率为9.12%,与模型预测值9.16%相近;最优工艺与传统溶剂浸出工艺相比,大大提高了灰灰菜籽油得率。Using wild Chenopodium album L. seed as raw material, on the basis of single factor experiment, the ultrasound-assisted extraction process parameters of Chenopodium album L. seed oil were optimized by response surface method, and the optimal process was compared with the traditional solvent extraction process. The results showed that the optimum conditions were material-liquid ratio 1 ∶24(g/mL), ultrasonic time 1.6 h, extraction temperature 61 ℃, extraction power 280 W. Under these conditions, the yield of Chenopodium album L.seed oil reached 9.12 %, which is close to the predicted value 9.16 %. Compared with the traditional solvent extraction process, ultrasound-assisted extraction of the wild Chenopodium album L. seed oil greatly improved the yield.
