高职院校县域办学过程中的动力、共识与突破——一项双案例研究

摘　　要：高职院校迁址县域办学,不仅是职业教育高质量发展的内在选择,也是县域产业转型升级的重要诉求。对此的分析,可采用归纳式双案例研究方法,结合推拉理论和“三螺旋”空间演化理论,分析高职院校县域办学过程中的关键因素及其之间的逻辑关系,构建基于“动力作用—共同空间转换—县域办学模式”的理论模型。高职院校基于产业、政府、大学在“三螺旋”共同空间互动中的核心作用,选择渐进型、先锋型两种县域办学模式。研究得出,政策导向是高职院校县域办学重要的正向推力,共识空间的不同作用阶段催生差异化的县域办学机制,多校区办学、整体迁址办学各有其优势与挑战,市域内县校合作是两所案例高职院校的共同选择。The relocation of higher vocational colleges to the counties is not only an internal choice for the high-quality development of vocational education,but also an important demand for the transformation and upgrading of industries in counties.This thesis adopts the inductive double-case study method to collect,code and analyze the data of the two vocational colleges as study objects.At the same time,the Push-Pull theory and the Triple Helix Theory are used to analyze the key factors and their logical relationship in the process of running higher vocational colleges in county areas,and constructs a theoretical model based on“dynamic effect-common space transformation-county college-running mode”.Considering the core roles of industry,government,and colleges in the interaction of the“Triple Helix”common space,higher vocational colleges usually choose two county college-running modes of incremental and pioneering.The result from this double-case study shows that policy orientation is a significant positive driving force for running higher vocational colleges in county areas,different stages of the role of consensus space differentiated county college-running mechanisms,multi-campus and overall relocation have their own advantages and challenges,the cooperation among county colleges is the common choice of two vocational colleges as studied.
