高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设路径探析

摘　　要：“双师型”教师队伍建设有利于提升人才培养质量,增强高职院校的综合竞争力,促进高职院校综合改革和专业建设。可通过分析“双师型”教师的内涵,提出“双师型”教师应具备的素质和能力,从制度建设、“双师型”教师认定标准、顶层设计、共同体平台和教师个体等层面,探索高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的路径。The construction of a“double-qualified”teacher team is conducive to improving the quality of talent training,enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of higher vocational colleges and promoting the comprehensive reform and professional construction of higher vocational colleges.By analyzing the connotation of“double qualified”teachers,we can put forward the qualities and abilities that“double qualified”teachers should have,and explore the path of building“double qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of system construction,“double qualified”teachers’identification standards,top-level design,community platform and individual teachers.
