摘  要:目的:探讨虚拟视景系统治疗青少年多发性焦虑障碍的效果。方法:将2020年2月-2021年7月在本院就诊的青少年多发性焦虑障碍患者随机分为观察组、对照组,每组31例。两组给予认知行为治疗,观察组还增加虚拟视景系统治疗。观察两组临床疗效、儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)评分、认知情绪调节量表(CERQ)评分及实验室指标值。结果:观察组临床缓解率、SCARED、接受与自我反思评分及实验室指标值改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:虚拟视景系统可提高青少年多发性焦虑障碍疗效、改善认知情绪调节策略。Objective:To explore the effect of virtual vision system in the treatment of adolescents with multiple anxiety disorder.Methods:Adolescent patients with multiple anxiety disorder treated in our hospital from February 2020 to July 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with cognitive behavioral therapy,and the observation group was treated with virtual visual system.The clinical efficacy,children's Anxiety Disorder Screening Scale(SCARED)score,Cognitive Emotion Regulation Scale(CERQ)score and laboratory index values of the two groups were observed.Results:The improvement of clinical remission rate,SCARED score,acceptance and self-reflection score and laboratory index value in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Virtual vision system can improve the therapeutic effect and cognitive emotion regulation strategy of adolescents with multiple anxiety disorder.
