摘 要:随着我国高收入家庭数量和“三孩”政策引发的对家政服务消费需求的增长,尤其高端家政服务人员素养不高、数量紧缺等问题日益显现。职业院校、社会培训机构、政府可借鉴菲律宾职业技术教育及培训的“菲佣”成功经验,探索“能力本位”为导向的家政课程体系设计;将专业(群)设置集中在家务管理、“一小一老”领域;加强职业能力资格认证与1+X证书制度研究;统筹企业教育机构培训讲师职业资格认证;树立劳动光荣观念,提升家政服务行业人员的社会地位。With the growth of consumption demand for domestic service caused by increasing number of high-income families and “three child” policy, problems like low quality and shortage of high-level domestic service personnel are becoming more obvious. Vocational colleges, social training institutions and the government should learn from the successful experience of vocational and technical education in the Philippines in the field of domestic service, exploring the competence oriented design of domestic service curriculum system, forming professional group among majors such as Household Management and “Elderly and Child Care”, strengthening research on vocational competence qualification certification and 1+X certificate system, coordinating the professional qualification certification of trainers in enterprise training institutions, establishing the concept of “Labor is glorious” and improving the social status of personnel in the domestic service industry.
