摘 要:在真空设备发生泄漏后,有时会出现漏点难找、检漏不方便、检漏时间长等问题。经分析研究后发现,这些问题产生的原因是有些真空设备在设计时忽略了真空检漏,从而导致后续真空检漏工作出现被动和困难。由此,笔者以真空设备为研究对象,在对真空设备进行设计的同时,也要对检漏方案设计进行研究。在设计前,要充分了解各种真空检漏仪器及检漏知识,掌握真空检漏方法的选择原则及使用方法;在设计时,从真空容器结构到加工及工艺,再到安装调试和使用维修的全过程,均要考虑真空检漏方案。研究证明,在真空设备的设计阶段,应用真空检漏方案进行设计,可有效预防和解决真空设备后期检漏所遇到的难题,从而达到方便快速检漏的目的。After the leakage of vacuum equipment,sometimes there are problems such as difficult to find leakage points,inconvenient leak detection,and long leak detection time. After analysis and research,it is found that the cause of these problems is that some vacuum equipment ignores vacuum leak detection in design,which leads to passiveness and difficulty in subsequent vacuum leak detection work.Therefore,the author takes vacuum equipment as the research object,in the design of vacuum equipment,but also to study the design of leak detection scheme. Before the design,to fully understand the various vacuum leak detection instruments and leak detection knowledge,master the vacuum leak detection method selection principles and methods of use;in the design,from the vacuum vessel structure to processing and technology,to the whole process of installation,commissioning and maintenance,should consider the vacuum leak detection scheme. The research proves that in the design stage of vacuum equipment,the application of vacuum leak detection scheme can effectively prevent and solve the problems encountered in the later leak detection of vacuum equipment,so as to achieve the purpose of convenient and rapid leak detection.
