摘  要:通过对免疫抑制大鼠进行负重游泳实验研究金雀异黄素缓解疲劳的作用效果。选取72只雄性SD大鼠,按照大鼠体重随机分为空白对照组、免疫抑制模型组、金雀异黄素低剂量组(10 mg/kg)、中剂量组(20 mg/kg)、高剂量组(40 mg/kg)、阳性对照组(贞芪扶正颗粒3.13 g/kg)。除空白对照组外,其余大鼠腹腔注射环磷胺,造成大鼠免疫抑制模型后连续灌胃21d。通过游泳训练造成疲劳后,测定大鼠脏器指数、负重大鼠力竭游泳时间、血清中尿素氮和乳酸含量以及肝糖原和肌糖原的变化。结果表明:与免疫抑制模型组相比,金雀异黄素可显著提高大鼠胸腺指数,其中高剂量组大鼠力竭游泳时间延长50.4%,血清中的尿素氮和乳酸含量显著下降。同时可以维持运动后大鼠糖原含量,其中肌糖原含量显著高于空白对照组。由此可见,金雀异黄素可有效提高实验大鼠运动耐力及调节血清和骨骼肌中疲劳相关生化指标的水平,对于免疫抑制大鼠具有较好的缓解运动性疲劳的功效。The effects of genistein on relieving fatigue was studied by weight-bearing swimming experiment in immunosuppressed rats.Seventy-two male SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group,immunosuppressive model group,genistein low-dose group(10 mg/kg),medium-dose group(20 mg/kg),high-dose group(40 mg/kg)and positive control group(Zhenqi Fuzheng Granule 3.13 g/kg).Excepting for the blank control group,other rats were intraperitoneally injected with cyclophosphamide,which resulted in immunosuppressive model of rats,and then were continuously gavaged for 21 days.After fatigue caused by swimming training,the organ index of rats,the exhaustive swimming time of weight-bearing rats,the contents of urea nitrogen and lactic acid in serum,and the changes of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen were measured.The results indicated that genistein could significantly increase the thymus index of rats compared with immunosuppressive model group,and the exhaustive swimming time of rats in high dose group was prolonged by 50.4%,and the contents of urea nitrogen and lactic acid in serum were significantly decreased.At the same time,it could maintain the glycogen content of rats after exercise,and the glycogen content of muscle was significantly higher than that of blank control group.Therefore,genistein could effectively improve the exercise endurance of experimental rats and regulate the level of fatigue-related biochemical indexes in serum and skeletal muscle,and had a better effect on relieving exercise fatigue in immunosuppressed rats.
