摘  要:医学微生物学和人体寄生虫学是病原生物学两大分支学科。打破学科壁垒,以系统器官为中心整合分支学科,有利于构建临床医学专业学生的病原生物学知识体系与框架。文章在实验项目选择、实验流程制定、教学质量保障及考核模式建立等多个方面进行有机融合,以此为导向构建课程实验教学体系,有利于建立病原生物整体观,改变以生物分类的传统认识,为病原生物学知识的临床应用奠定基础。The medical microbiology and human parasitology are two branches of pathogenic biology. Breaking down disciplinary barriers and integrating branch disciplines with a focus on the organs of a specific system can help students of clinical medicine to construct the knowledge system and framework of pathogenic biology. The course integration was implemented in the aspects of experimental project selection, experiment procedure formulation, teaching quality assurance, and assessment model establishment. Based on these measures, the authors have established an experimental teaching system and modified traditional understanding of biological classification, facilitating the construction of a holistic view of pathogenic biology, which lays a solid foundation for the clinical application of pathogenic biology knowledge.
