摘　　要：本研究基于宁夏本地的实际情况,对宁夏高职院校创新素养教育的现状进行问卷调查,针对现状从政府、学校和教师三个方面探讨了“互联网+教育”背景下宁夏政府对于创素养教育要给予一定的政策和资金的支持;并构建出“互联网+教育”背景下宁夏高职院校创新素养教育体系,旨在加强创新师资队伍的建设和创新型人才培养,从而推进“互联网+”创新素养教育示范区建设工作的落实。Based on the actual situation of Ningxia,this study makes a questionnaire survey on the current situation of the innovation quality education in Ningxia vocational colleges.According to the present situation,the government should provide certain policies and funds support for the education of creativity in the context of“Internet plus education”from three aspects,the government,the schools and the teachers.It also constructs the innovation literacy education system of Ningxia Higher Vocational Colleges under the background of“Internet+education”,which aims to strengthen the construction of innovative teachers and the cultivation of innovative talents,so as to promote the implementation of the construction of“Internet+Innovation literacy education demonstration area”.
