摘  要:针对服装流水线人员配置不合理导致的人员浪费、生产瓶颈不稳定等现象,提出一种服装流水线人员与生产岗位匹配契合度模型。基于专家问卷对服装流水线的27个人岗匹配影响因素的重要程度进行评价,使用集值迭代法确定各影响因素的权重,筛选出12个人员和岗位的有效评价指标。使用评价量表对评价指标进行量化处理,通过指标评分值计算岗位、人员的综合素质等级和匹配契合度,结合匹配目标函数与自适应遗传算法构建人岗匹配模型。将模型应用于男性茄克生产流水线的优化中,对流水线的20个岗位和23名人员进行匹配方案重组,使得人力资源利用率从81.77%提高至88.46%,生产效率从219件/天提高至239件/天。Aiming at the phenomenon of waste of personnel and unstable production bottleneck caused by unreasonable personnel allocation in the garment assembly line,a model of the matching degree between personnel and production post in the garment assembly line is proposed.An expert questionnaire was used to evaluate the importance of 27 factors affecting the matching of the personnel and post in the garment assembly line.The set value iteration method was used to determine the weight of each influencing factor,and 12 effective evaluation indicators for personnel and post were screened out.The evaluation scale was used to quantify the evaluation index.The score value of the index was got.The comprehensive quality level and the matching degree of the personnel and post was calculated.Matching objective function and adaptive genetic algorithm were combined to build a personnel-post matching model.The model was applied in the optimization of the male jacket assembly line,the matching plan for 20 positions and 23 personnel in the assembly line was reorganized.The utilization rate of human resources has increased from 81.77%to 88.46%.The production efficiency has increased from 219 pieces/day to 239 pieces/day.
