滕州市护士情绪管理能力现状及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:了解滕州市护士情绪管理能力现状并分析其影响因素,探讨如何提升护士情绪管理能力,为提高护士的情绪管理能力提供理论依据。方法:于2019年9月至10月,采用便利抽样的方法,选取滕州市内4所二级甲等以上的医院,使用一般资料调查问卷、护士情绪管理能力量表问卷对632名护士进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷521份。结果:护士情绪管理均分为(3.34±0.48)分;知道并了解情绪管理知识的护士只有14.2%,情绪管理知识知晓率较低;多元线性回归结果显示情绪管理知识知晓、倒夜班、家庭关系及性格是护士情绪管理能力的影响因素。结论:滕州市护士的情绪管理能力总体较好,能够较好地判断出自身的情绪状态。情绪管理知识知晓、倒夜班、家庭关系及性格是护士情绪管理能力的影响因素,提示护理管理者应有针对性地开展相关培训来提高护士的情绪管理的相关知识,尤其针对倒夜班、性格内向,家庭关系较差的护士,学会且能够有效驾驭自身情绪,并在工作和生活中保持良好的情绪状态,对提高护士情绪管理能力具有重要意义。Objective:To understand the current situation of emotional management ability of nurses in Tengzhou City and analyze its influencing factors,and to explore how to improve their emotional management ability,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving their emotional management ability.Methods:From September to October 2019,by convenient sampling,632 nurses were investigated with general information questionnaire and college students emotion management ability questionnaire in 4 hospitals above grade two in Tengzhou City.521 effective questionnaires were collected.Results:The average score of nurses emotional management was(3.34±0.48);only 14.2% of nurses knew and understood the knowledge of emotional management low awareness rate of emotion management knowledge;the results of multiple linear regression showed that knowledge of emotion management,shift work,family relationship and character were the important factors affecting nurses emotion management ability.Conclusion:The nurses in the second grade and above hospitals in Tengzhou have better emotional management ability,and can better judge their own emotional state.Knowledge of emotion management,night shift,family relationship and character are the main influencing factors of nurses emotional management,it is suggested that nursing managers should carry out targeted training to improve the knowledge of nurses'emotional management,especially for those nurses who are on night shift,introverted and have poor family relationship.It is of great significance to learn and be able to effectively control their own emotions and maintain a good emotional state in their work and life,so as to improve the ability of nurses'emotional management.
