摘　　要：“双减”政策的落地实施推动学校教育质量建设模式的变革与转型。其中最根本的是,对制约教育质量生成与提升的文化顽疾的变革,使学校教育质量建设模式突出质量文化特征。基于学校教育质量文化的内涵及特征,应从质量理念文化、制度文化、行为文化与环境文化四个维度构建学校教育质量文化,这是确保学校教育质量,构建良性教育生态的根基。The implementation of "Double Reduction" policy promotes the reform and transformation of school education quality construction mode. The most fundamental one is to reform the cultural problems that restrict the generation and improvement of educational quality, so that the construction mode of school educational quality gives prominence to the cultural characteristics of quality. Based on the connotation and characteristics of school education quality culture, we should construct school education quality culture from four dimensions: quality idea culture, system culture, behavior culture and environment culture, which is the foundation of ensuring school education quality and constructing benign education ecology.
