摘 要:针对微小机器盲孔,传统的测量仪器和接触式测量方法难以满足高精密测量的要求,因此为了实现盲孔的非接触式的高精密自动化测量,论文提出了基于点阵光谱共焦传感器的盲孔三维测量方案,利用Qt作为界面开发工具,设计了基于点阵光谱共焦传感器的三维测量系统。首先通过点阵光谱共焦配合三轴移动平台对盲孔实现扫描式采集数据,并转化为三维点云数据;然后对点云数据进行去噪、横纵向切线获取的处理,最后通过去噪后的点云数据进行尺寸信息提取。实验结果表明,论文设计的三维测量系统和测量方案能够实现对微小机器盲孔的自动化测量,并且检测精度小于5μm,检测准确率高达99%以上,具有很高的实用价值。For small blind holes in machines,traditional measuring instruments and contact measurement methods are difficult to meet the requirements of high-precision measurement. Therefore,in order to realize non-contact high-precision automatic measurement of blind holes,this paper proposes a blind hole based on point spectral confocal sensor. The hole 3D measurement scheme uses Qt as an interface development tool to design a 3D measurement system based on a lattice spectral confocal sensor.First,the blind hole data is scanned and collected by the point spectrum confocal and the three-axis mobile platform,and converted into 3D point cloud data. Then the point cloud data is denoised,and the horizontal and vertical tangent lines are acquired. Finally,after denoisingm,the size information is extracted from the point cloud data. The experimental results show that the 3D measurement system and measurement scheme designed in this paper can realize the automatic measurement of tiny machine blind holes,and the detection accuracy is less than 5μm,and the detection accuracy rate is as high as 99%,which has high practical value.
