心理灵活性与护士心理健康的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨心理健康与心理灵活性的关系,为护士心理健康的维护提供思路。方法 采用抑郁-焦虑-压力量表和接纳与行动问卷第二版对综合医院1 114名护士进行问卷调查。结果 三级医院护士抑郁、焦虑、压力高于二级医院护士;合同制护士焦虑高于在编护士;工作年限11~20年护士焦虑和压力高于工作≤5年和≥31年护士。不同人口学特征护士间的心理灵活性没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。护士抑郁、焦虑、压力与心理灵活性呈负相关(P<0.001)。心理灵活性负向预测抑郁、焦虑和压力,医院级别正向预测抑郁、焦虑和压力,受聘方式、工作21~30年正向预测焦虑。结论 护士心理健康与心理灵活性显著相关,心理灵活性对心理健康有显著的负向预测作用。Objective To explore the relationship between mental health and psychological flexibility,and to provide ideas for the maintenance of nurses’ mental health.Methods Using the depression anxiety stress scale and the second edition of the acceptance and action questionnaire,1 114 nurses in general hospital were investigated.Results The depression,anxiety,and stress of nurses in Grade Ⅲ hospital were higher than those in Grade Ⅱ hospitals.The anxiety of contract nurses was higher than that of staff nurses.Nurses with 11-20 years of work experience had higher anxiety and stress than nurses with work experience≤5 years and≥31 years.There was no significant difference in psychological flexibility among nurses with different demographic characteristics(P>0.05).Psychological flexibility negatively predicted depression,anxiety,and stress;hospital level positively predicted depression,anxiety,and stress;employment style and work experience for 21 to 30 years positively predicted anxiety.Conclusions Nurses’ mental health is significantly related to their psychological flexibility,which has a significant negative predictive effect on their mental health.
