摘  要:该文根据中国医师协会发布的《住院医师规范化培训入专业基地教育指南(2022年版)》(简称《入专业基地教育指南》),分析了住院医师规范化培训入专业基地教育的现状及存在问题,并参照《入专业基地教育指南》的章节顺序,对编写思路及重点内容进行了解读,对入专业基地教育与入院教育的区别与衔接、入专业基地教育内容定位与设计以及评价反馈体系的建立3个方面进行了重点说明,以期不断改进入专业基地教育的组织实施并提高培训质量。Chinese Medical Doctor Association recently released the Guideline for Professional Orientation in Standardized Residency Training( 2022 Edition). This article aims to introduce the status and existing problems in professional orientation, with a focus on three aspects of the difference and connection between the departmental orientation and the professional orientation, the positioning and design of the content in professional orientation, and the establishment of the evaluation feedback system, in order to continuously improve the organization implementation and improve the quality of training.
