摘  要:目的通过对2017年—2021年义乌市食源性疾病监测数据分析,掌握该地区食源性疾病发生的规律和病原体变化特点。方法对2017年—2021年义乌市以腹泻症状为主诉就诊的疑似食源性疾病病例,进行描述性流行病学分析。结果2017年—2021年共报告食源性疾病病例5203例,男、女比为1.16∶1;病例年龄以21岁~、31岁~年龄段居多,占45.39%;职业以农民、商业服务、工人为主,占60.51%;可疑暴露食物场所以家庭为主;粮食类及其制品、肉与肉制品、水果类及其制品、肉与肉制品是三个主要的原因食品;病原体检出率为11.74%(432/3679),其中诺如病毒占62.27%(269/432),副溶血性弧菌占22.22%(96/432),沙门菌占15.28%(66/432)。结论义乌市食源性疾病主要由诺如病毒、副溶血性弧菌和沙门菌引起,一定程度上反映该地区目前食源性疾病的发生状况。应加强监管和主动监测,同时开展有针对性的食品安全健康教育,有效防止食源性疾病的发生。Objective By analyzing the monitoring data of foodborne diseases in Yiwu City from 2017 to 2021,this study is to grasp disease pattern and pathogen changes in this area.Methods A descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on suspected foodborne disease cases with diarrhea as the main complaint in Yiwu City from 2017 to 2021.Results A total of5203 cases of foodborne diseases were reported from 2017 to 2021,with a male to female ratio of 1.16∶1.Most of the cases were aged 21-30 and 31-40,accounting for 45.39%.The main occupations were farmers,business services and workers,accounting for 60.51%.Suspected exposed place was mainly home.Grain and its products,meat and meat products,fruit and its products are the three main sources of food exposure.The pathogen detection rate was 11.74%(432/3679),of which norovirus accounted for 62.27%(269/432),Vibrio parahaemolyticus accounted for 22.22%(96/432),and Salmonella accounted for 15.28%(66/432).Conclusion Foodborne diseases in Yiwu City are mainly caused by norovirus,Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Salmonella,which reflects the status quo of foodborne diseases in this area to a certain extent.Supervision and active monitoring should be strengthened,and targeted food safety and health education should be carried out to effectively prevent the occurrence of foodborne diseases.
