摘　　要：阐述PWM方式进行控温的集成电路设计,根据微热板的热学特性建立相应的电学模型,利用功耗与电流之间的关系得出最小测试电流,对加热控温电路进行仿真和优化设计。This paper describes the design of integrated circuit for temperature control by PWM method,establishes the corresponding electrical model according to the thermal characteristics of micro hot plate,obtains the minimum test current by using the relationship between power consumption and current,and simulates and optimizes the heating temperature control circuit.
