摘　　要：IT支撑系统的运营管理是以保障企业业务经营与开展、服务管理为目的,实现对运营商电信基础网络、IT基础框架进行统一管理的重要保障,是电信运营企业长期、系统性的工作与核心业务。随着技术的不断发展,企业转型的深入,运营管理模式也需要满足时代发展要求,不断优化与改进。IT技术的应用对于电信运营商的生存发展有直接影响,IT支撑系统的重要性不言而喻。因此需要做好电信运营商IT支撑系统的运营管理工作,以有效解决目前运营支撑系统存在的问题,进一步提高运维服务管理水平。The operation management of the IT support system is an important guarantee for the unified management of the telecom basic network and it basic framework of the operator with the purpose of ensuring the business operation and development of the enterprise and service management.It is the long-term and systematic work and core business of the telecom operator.With the continuous development of technology and the deepening of enterprise transformation,the operation management mode also needs to meet the development requirements of the times,and constantly optimize and improve.The application of IT technology has a direct impact on the survival and development of telecom operators,and the importance of it support system is self-evident.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in the operation and management of the IT support system of telecom operators to effectively solve the problems existing in the current operation support system and further improve the management level of operation and maintenance services.
