摘  要:基于近红外光谱检测以及漫反射光谱分析原理,通过建立偏最小二乘回归(PLS)的糖度预测模型,设计相关的光学系统和硬件电路,编写了与之相配的安卓手机APP,实现了多特征波长的苹果糖度近红外无损测量仪。测量仪硬件主要由光源驱动模块、WiFi通信模块、温度测量模块、光电转换与信号处理模块等构成;软件包含基于Arduino的NodeMCU模块开发的信号采集与传输软件、基于Java开发的Android APP以及基于Python构建的糖度预测模型。实验结果表明,该测量仪对苹果糖度测量的均方误差为0.346,验证了使用多特征波长进行苹果糖度检测可行性。系统具有小型化、低成本、智能化的优点,有望改进后用于商用化苹果糖度测量仪改进。Based on the principle of near-infrared spectroscopy detection and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy,weestablish apartial least square(PLS)regression sugar content prediction model,designrelated optical system and hardware circuit.It compiles supporting Android mobile phone APP,and achieves near-infrared non-destructive measuring instrument for apple sugar content with multiple characteristic wavelength.The measuring instrument is composed of software and hardware.The hardware system is mainly composed of light source drive module,Wi-Fi communication module,temperature measurement module,photoelectric conversion and signal processing module,etc.While the software system is composed of signal acquisition and transmission software developed by NodeMCU based on Arduino.Android APP is developed based on Java,and sugar content prediction model based on Python.The experiment showsthat the MSE(mean square error)of the measuring instrument is 0.346,which further verifiesthe feasibility of using multi-feature wavelengths to measure apple sugar content.The system has the advantages of miniaturization,low cost and intelligence,and is expected to be further improved to commercial apple sugar measurement instrument.
